Sauna Installation Instructions
Take two of the side pieces along with the bottom cut door piece and rear timber to create the base frame.
(it is better to install the piece with the large round ventilation hole on the next row up rather than the first row as shown here)
Take the rounded corners, install the plastic locking strips and slide down onto the cabin frame.
(do not slide down to floor level, keep up approx 50mm)
Your frame work should look something like this.
At second level height install the piece of wood with a 100mm round hole in, on the side that the stove is to be fitted. This is the ventillation hole.
Keep building up to ceiling height.
Tilt the pieces of wood at the top first, then move the bottom in.
When at ceiling height install top half pieces to timber.
Your cabin should now look something like this.
Take the sauna door. Gently pull back the rubber seal on the door frame to allow hidden screw fixing to sauna cabin.
Install trim wood to the internal side of the door frame.
Install ceiling support frame.
Ensure corners are square and then install the ceiling.
Your sauna cabin is now complete. Next:
